Writing reusable, testable, and efficient codeDesign and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applicationsIntegration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logicIntegration of data storage solutions and cachesDevelop software applications using cloud technologies.Technical design of applications and databases.Resolve technical issues to improve performance and customer satisfaction.Automatic provisioning of cloud resources, build, deployment, and testing.Build secure applications by adopting information security best practices.

Functional Knowledge

Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework such as Flask, DjangoRESTful paradigms and to experience building / consuming APIsUnderstanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architectureGood understanding of server-side templating languages Jinja 2Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable applicationFamiliarity with event-driven programming in Python, such as asyncio, tornadoKnowledge of deploying web applications and services on WSGI servers on Linux or Windows platformUnderstanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vsdesktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platformAble to create database schemas that represent and support business processesStrong unit test and debugging skillsProficient understanding of code versioning tools Git and Mercurial

Technical Knowledge

Proficiency in server-side programming with Python and working with RDBMS databases.Should have exposure with DJango or Flask FrameworksShould have worked on one RDBMS databaseExperience in building and consuming REST API.Knowledge of JSONExperience with GITKnowledge of caching levels and memory DBsIt is beneficial if knowledge of any front end framework like Angular, React js.
