Responsibilities:

Lead a team of junior MERN Stack Developers, providing guidance and mentorship.Undertake backend development tasks utilizing Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.Collaborate with the team to design and implement efficient and scalable solutions.Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.Contribute to architectural decisions and technology evaluations.Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

2-3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN Stack.Proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Tailwind CSS.Strong understanding of backend development principles and practices.Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Passion for staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
