Frontend Developer

Designation: UI Engineer-1

At 'El Nova Labs', we are building enterprise automation systems with high availability and advanced data handling. You will get exposure to industry standard tools and methodologies (agile, scrum, etc.). We are using Microsoft's Azure Cloud for deployment services and you will have an opportunity to work on different stages of SDLC right from requirement gathering till production deployment.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable and efficient React.js components for the web front-end.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.Work aggressively and finish the tasks within short timelines.

Must-Have SkillsReact.js Expertise: The candidate should have extensive experience developing complex applications using React.js and demonstrate proficiency in state management and component-based architecture.JavaScript: The candidate should have a command of JavaScript, including ES6+ features, and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.HTML and CSS: The candidate should have knowledge about HTML5 and CSS3 and able to create visually appealing and responsive user interfaces.RESTful API Integration: Experience in integrating front-end applications with backend services through RESTful APIs.State Management Libraries: Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux for efficiently managing application state.

Preferred SkillsResponsive Design Implementation: The candidate should have experience implementing responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.Comfortable with Startup Environment: The candidate should be comfortable working in a startup environment, showcasing adaptability, initiative, and a proactive approach.UX Design Skills: The candidate should have a understanding of user-centric design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers.

About YouB.Tech / B.E. / M.C.A. (preferably in CS or IT)2-3 yrs of overall experience in web development.2+ years of experience in React.js.2+ years of experience in HTML/CSS.Learning mindset, open to experiment and experience new technologies in the relevant department.
