Job Description:

The ServiceNow (SNOW) Developer will be responsible for application sustainment support, as well as development of future capabilities and integrations. Standard activities may include daily system monitoring, performing ServiceNow upgrades, importing update sets for synchronization, and coordinating among different project teams and the client. The environment is located within the AWS cloud, so familiarity of operating within a cloud landscape is preferred. It is a client facing role, and good communication and organizational skills are required.

Client is developing a ServiceNow innovation lab for the and we are looking for a resource to build and configure ServiceNow in order to integrate with SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM). The system will be built in the AWS cloud environment.

Develops the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable

Performs custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations

Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution

Assists with technical design and documentation

Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements"
