5+ years of real-world experience in software development

Strong understanding of Elixir, Phoenix and React.js in a production environment

Strong understanding of Elixir and React.js

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools

Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Tailwind CSS is a plus) and a strong desire to build beautiful end-user experiences that exceed expectation
