Experience: 8+ YearsJob Description:CET timings.Professional to work with BMC Helix environment, mainly with CMDB and related items in the BMC ITSM system.Task Descriptions: Extend the BMC class data model- Create interface to exchange data with other systems using files or REST API - Create rules analyse and solve issues in the normalization and reconciliation processes-provide solution based on the Atrium integrator/ spoon jobs- Solve issues with BMC Discovery, including its configuration when presenting errors -Customize the contract management and SAM modules- prepare Complex reports based on The Helix Dashboard - Support the run team to solve problems in the Helix systems.Skill/certificate required - BMC ITSM Certified professional- proven and solid experience with BMC products, mainly AR system BMC Helix, DWP, Smart it reporting tool(Dashboard) BMC Discovery -Convert unclear requirements into a specific scope definition and propose the best technical solution to fit the client needs-Experience with big and complex environment.
