Job Description:User Research: Conduct user research to understand the target audience, their needs, and pain points.• Persona Development: Develop user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions. • Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.• Informa*on Architecture: Develop Information architecture and user flows to ensure a seamless user experience.• Visual Design: Design visually appealing and cohesive interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user expectations.• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role with 7+years of experience (B-to-C and SaaS environments).• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.• Understanding of front-end development technologies and constraints.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Knowledge of usability principles and best practices.• Proven experience as an HTML developer or similar role.• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.• Knowledge of JavaScript and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).• Experience with responsive design techniques and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
