As an OutSystems Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications using the OutSystems low-code platform as well as performing front-end development functions.

Your Duties and ResponsibilitiesUtilize the OutSystems low-code platform to design, develop, and implement web and mobile applicationsAnalyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver scalable and efficient solutionsDesign application features using OutSystems in collaboration with a technical lead according to defined best practice guidelinesBuild flexible data models and seamless integration points with external systems according to defined best practice guidelinesDevelop testable, bug-free, and scalable code following best practices in web/mobile application architecture, Outsystems development, security, and clean code. Conduct unit testing and bug fixingWork with an Agile mindset (knowledge of Scrum is nice to have) and contribute to a self-organizing and highly productive teamDevelop high-value technology solutions, re-usable components, and accelerators to innovate and streamline processesContribute to the improvement of programs, procedures, and methodologyCollaborate with other development team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that address their business problemsMentor junior members by undertaking pair programming and code review sessionsProvide production support by responding to and resolving incidents within the allotted service-level agreement (SLA) periodImplement UI/UX design wireframes into code, incorporating visual and interactive elements. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and development best practices. Conduct regular testing for usability, speed, and overall quality.Utilize and customize the OutSystems UI framework, including themes, templates, and patterns, while creating live style guidesOptimize the performance and scalability of front-end applications. Deploy front-end applications to production. Address and resolve any application issues or bugs.Acquire OutSystems certifications, including but not limited to Associate ReactivePerform other development functions as assigned

Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an OutSystems DeveloperProficiency in front-end development languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with demonstrated experience as a Front-end DeveloperProficient in OutSystems tools, including Service Studio, Integration Studio, Platform Studio, Service Center, and Lifetime Deployment/Administration & MaintenanceUnderstanding of web application architecture and OutSystems architectureBasic knowledge of security and data protection implementationFamiliarity with the design and implementation of data storage solutionsDemonstrated knowledge of coding best practicesCapability to conduct code reviews and mentor other developersProficiency in debugging both existing and new softwareKnowledge of APIs, web services, database modeling, and web toolsSolid understanding of relational databases, including SQLExperience in developing and maintaining technical documentationFlexibility to be assigned to either the Application Development Team or Application Support TeamWillingness to pursue OutSystems certifications, including but not limited to Associate Reactive (Midlevel); Senior – OutSystems Certification requiredAvailability to work during the required project time zone - Core Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Philippine Time, with a willingness to adjust work hours as the project needs (e.g., max 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PH Time).
