Your Duties and ResponsibilitiesI. Development and ImplementationTranslate UI/UX design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into responsive, interactive features, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performanceDevelop and implement UI components using modern frontend technologies, with a strong focus on user experience and usabilityEnsure that UI implementations are intuitive, accessible, and provide a seamless experience across various devices and browsersCustomize and enhance the UI framework including themes, templates, patterns and creating live style guidesDeploy frontend applications to productionOther development functions, as assigned

II. Performance OptimizationOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityImplement performance monitoring and tuning techniquesProactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions

III. Code Quality and StandardsDevelop high-quality, readable, and scalable codeRegularly review and refactor code to improve maintainabilityWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practicesImplement coding standards and participate in code review processes

Required Qualifications At least 3 years of frontend development experienceAdvanced knowledge of Javascript (DOM Manipulation, Asynchronous Programming, Design Patterns, etc.), CSS (Layout Techniques, CSS Optimization, Code Structuring and Organization, etc.), HTML (Semantic HTML, Web Components, Advanced HTML5 APIs, etc.), and Web Performance OptimizationDemonstrate understanding of web applications architectureDemonstrate knowledge of coding best practicesWillingness to learn and master frontend development within the Outsystems platformWillingness to pursue OutSystems certifications, including but not limited to Associate Reactive and Frontend Specialist certificationsOutsystems experience and certification is an advantageAbility to actively participate in discussions with the development team and other stakeholdersWilling to work on required project time zone - Core Hours: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM Philippine Time, but needs to be willing to adjust work hours as the project needs (e.g. max 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PH Time)
