Salesforce Admin/Developer

Job Title: Salesforce Admin/DeveloperDuration: 3 months with potential for extensionWork Hours: US timing (~8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)

Responsibilities:As a Salesforce Admin/Developer, you will be responsible for providing on-the-job support for our Salesforce platform, with a focus on Health Cloud. Your primary responsibilities will include:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.Providing technical support for issues related to Salesforce administration and development during the specified US timing.Developing and maintaining custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.Integrating Salesforce with external systems through API integrations.Collaborating with the development team to manage version control using tools like Visual Studio (VS) and GIT.Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Admin/Developer. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud is highly desirable. Proficiency in Apex programming language and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience with API integrations and creating custom solutions using Salesforce Flows. Familiarity with version control tools such as Visual Studio (VS) and GIT. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide timely and effective on-the-job support. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Information:This is a short-term position with a possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The selected candidate will be required to work during US timing (approximately 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST).
