Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key player in our organisation, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business success. The Senior Salesforce Developer will also be responsible for configuring Salesforce application workflows and building integrations with other systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutionsDesign and develop robust and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platformLead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring best practices and high-quality standardsProvide expertise in customization, configuration, and integration of Salesforce to meet business needsMentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment

Qualifications3+ years experience as a Salesforce DeveloperSalesforce development skills, including experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web ComponentsExperience with Salesforce CRM modules, such as Sales Cloud and Service CloudFamiliarity with Salesforce configuration and administration tasks, including data management and user setupWorking knowledge of web-based technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with Agile/Scrum development methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsRelevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are a plus
