We are currently seeking an exceptional Lead SAP ABAP Developer to join our remote team and spearhead a project for our esteemed client in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP ABAP in S/4HANA and be proficient in SAP Sales and Distribution and SAP-IS: Apparel and Footwear. As the Lead SAP ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development team and ensuring the successful delivery of the project.

Manage the SAP ABAP development team, leading them to exceptional achievements.Design, develop, test, and deploy cutting-edge SAP ABAP solutions that drive business success.Foster seamless integration of SAP with other systems through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.Deliver development projects on time and within budget, ensuring project excellence.Impart technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, empowering them to reach their full potential.Uphold coding standards and best practices, ensuring the highest quality of code.Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.This rephrased version emphasizes the leadership role and the impact of the work on the business. It also uses more active language and highlights the importance of collaboration and quality

Requirements

5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development in S/4HANA1+ year of experience in team managementExpertise in SAP Sales and Distribution and SAP-IS: Apparel and Footwear modulesStrong knowledge of ABAP Core and Object-Oriented ProgrammingExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholdersProven expertise in the entire lifecycle of SAP ABAP solutions, from requirement gathering to deploymentSkillful integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data exchangeAdept at optimizing SAP system performance to maximize efficiency and scalabilityKnowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level

Nice to have

Experience in SAP AFS and SAP Sales B2BCertification in SAP ABAP development or related fields
