Job Title: Workday Developer W2 Only (No C2C 1099)Location - Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC – 2-3 days Hybrid Or (100% Remote for rockstar ) Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Workday Report Developer to join our team as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating Workday reports and possess expertise across various Workday modules including HCM, Payroll and Compensation, Time and Attendance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Performance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Workday reports across multiple modules including HCM, Payroll and Compensation, Time and Attendance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Performance.Utilize Workday report writing tools to create complex reports that meet business requirements.Understand and interpret calculated fields within Workday reports, ensuring accurate logic implementation.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather report requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Analyze report data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.Provide expertise and guidance on report development best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Stay updated on Workday platform updates and new features to continuously improve reporting capabilities.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation and data accuracy.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience as a Workday Report Developer or similar role.In-depth understanding of Workday reporting tools and functionality.Proficiency in creating reports across multiple Workday modules including HCM, Payroll and Compensation, Time and Attendance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Performance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Certification in Workday Report Writing or equivalent is a plus.
