Capital Markets Python Developer

The role of a Python Financial Markets Developer Intern is to design and implement client-specific requirements. This is in the capital markets and commodities space. The person(s) hired for this role will utilize SDLC & Software design best practices to implement solutions for global clients. Ongoing training, access to internal subject matter expertise and collaborative support will be provided.

Key responsibilitiesExperience with data analytics, including processing, analyzing, and presentationPython development experienceKnowledge of pandas and numpyExcellent communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to learn independentlyStrong collaboration skillsExperience working with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)

Nice to haves include:Familiarity with financial securities: Derivatives, Equities, Bonds, etc.Understanding of capital markets and/or commodity marketsExperience using app development languages such as ReactExperience working with non-SQL databasesExperience working with ETRM platforms
