Sharing and learning is the responsibility of every member of the team. This role will report to the Senior Web + Mobile Developer and will work with their manager to establish monthly, quarterly, and annual professional development goals.
What You’ll Do:Program cross-browser compatible, true to their design, responsive website designs with semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptCollaborate (in person, via phone or email) with in-house design team and external design partners on design details and specific project requirementsView layouts in the Adobe Suite and export design assets for use in layoutsCompare your programmed work against original, designer-supplied layouts and adjust client-side code as needed to ensure designs are accurately portrayed in the browser in their programmed stateCollaborate with developers on our team for advanced project functionalityQA test programmed website layoutsBuild WordPress themes based on programmed layouts with client-friendly content management capabilities using ACF and GutenbergAssist with estimating and project proposals, write project specifications and meet with current and prospective clients as needed

In order to be successful in this position we’re looking for a career-minded individual that is driven by new challenges with a minimum of 1 year of experience developing WordPress websites on a team.
