We are actively seeking a Developer, PeopleSoft. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the U.S.

Position Summary

The role of the Developer, PeopleSoft is to analyze, design, develop and test solutions to ensure that they are compliant with the various legal requirements published by agencies and governments globally. This position is responsible for translating the functional and technical requirements into technical solutions for PeopleSoft HCM Payroll, Human Resources, and Financials.

Perform analysis and development to meet legislative requirementsWorking with teams on testing and analysis tasksImplement and documents technical design and client facing documentationGain new knowledge through analysis, research, and testingCommunicate effectively across various teamsBe committed to excellence and qualityWork closely with all team members to ensure we meet the acceptance criteria and deliver a high-quality productPerform analysis and testing where needed on the team

Education

Bachelor’s or equivalent experience

Skills And Experience

Extensive technical experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systemsWillingness to adapt to changing requirements and prioritiesAbility to think outside of the box and take initiative for process improvementsStrong analytical and research skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and initiativesMust be a strong self-starter and the ability to work in a very fast paced environmentWilling to assist team members in analysis and testing when neededA committed home-work environment with stable internet serviceStrong professional written and verbal communication skills in English

The general salary range for this type of role is 120k - 160k depending on skills and experience.
