Salesforce Junior Developer

ABOUT THE JOB

The ideal candidate is a team player that has demonstrated the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical resources. This role allows for either the application of existing Salesforce experience or the transfer of previous programming knowledge into the Salesforce ecosystem by quickly learning the Salesforce Platform. It is important for the candidate to be comfortable finding novel technology solutions to efficiently meet client needs. Being a self-motivated learner of new technologies or technology adjacent skills is a must.

Previous hands-on Salesforce experience is preferred but not required. Existing Salesforce certifications or demonstrated success on Trailhead are looked upon very favorably. This role may require occasional travel and is only suitable for those with a high degree of self-management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with senior resources to accomplish projectsLearn or apply knowledge of the Salesforce PlatformExecute or develop solutions to client technical requirementsSupport project managers in the translation of client requirements and effectively communicate with clients

QUALIFICATIONS

0 - 2 years of Object-Oriented Programming in JAVA, Ruby, Python or similar programming languages1 + years of JavaScript programming experience. Preferably experience with a JavaScript Framework like Node JS, Angular, ember, or similar Javascript frameworks1 + years of experience with HTML and CSS1 + years of experience with SOQL, MySQL, Postgres, or similar querying languagesExperience working with SOAP or REST API servicesExperience with Version Control System such as Git or SVN or experience in DevOps CI/CD
