We're seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to join our team. As our Salesforce Full-Stack developer, you will be pivotal in integrating insurance-focused technologies into our Salesforce platform. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and maintaining our Financial Services Cloud, Sales & Service application, along with Customer and Partner Portals.
You’ll:
Design, implement, and manage effective Salesforce solutions aligning with the company's business goals.Develop Salesforce configuration and custom code in adherence to established best practices and in conjunction with other developersEnsure code and delivery quality by following unit testing, review, and Salesforce CI/CD best practices.Ensure overall application stability by supporting operations users and identifying opportunities of improvementUnderstand and apply insurance data structures, especially ACORD, and integrate them into our Salesforce operations.Maintain expert-level knowledge of P&C, Life, and Health insurance lines, applying this knowledge to the development of our platform.Ensure data quality and consistency within our Salesforce system, conducting rigorous audits and cleanups.Manage connections between Salesforce and our AWS infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration.Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce updates and insurance industry trends to provide insightful and strategic recommendations.
This is what you’ll need:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum of 10 years experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on insurance. Especially Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities experience, Apex, Lightning web components development. Deep understanding of Salesforce limits, architecture and best practices.Proficient with Salesforce SFDX/CLI and Git.Nice to have: Expertise in developing Salesforce 360 Omnichannel Application, including Salesforce Omnichannel, Case Management/Workflow, Email-to-Case, CTI telephony integrations, Sales Cloud: Lead Conversions and Marketing Cloud integration.Extensive understanding of P&C, Life, and Health insurance lines.Familiarity with insurance data structures and standards, especially ACORD.Understanding of AWS and understanding its integration with Salesforce.Exceptional data management skills with a particular focus on data quality and consistency.Strategic thinker with the ability to participate in and influence decision-making processes.Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or similar certification is a plus.
