AI/ML Developer

As an AI/ML Developer at EG Allied Pvt. Ltd., you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize language translation. You will take charge of designing, training, and optimizing a speech-to-speech translation model that delivers accurate and real-time English-to-French and French-to-English translations. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on global communication.

Key Responsibilities:1. Model Development:Design and develop deep learning models for speech recognition and synthesis.Train and fine-tune neural networks to ensure high-quality translations.

2. Data Collection and Preprocessing:Gather and curate large datasets of English and French speech recordings.Implement data preprocessing techniques to enhance model training.

3. Speech Recognition and Synthesis:Build and integrate speech recognition and synthesis components into the translation pipeline.Optimize for real-time translation and accuracy.

4. Continuous Improvement:Monitor model performance and implement iterative improvements.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML for speech-to-speech translation.

5. Testing and Evaluation:Develop rigorous testing procedures to evaluate the model's performance.Collaborate with language experts for validation and fine-tuning.

6. Documentation and Reporting:Document model architecture, training processes, and performance metrics.Provide regular reports and updates to the team and stakeholders.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s, Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.Proven experience in developing AI/ML models, particularly in the field of speech recognition and synthesis.Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.Strong programming skills in Python.Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and neural network architectures.Knowledge of speech processing and audio signal analysis.Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
