Job Title: Informatica Developer Key Responsibilities: Designing and developing Informatica workflows, mappings, and sessions to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target systems. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data integration needs, and propose scalable solutions. Optimizing Informatica mappings and workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability. Troubleshooting data integration issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and guidelines for data integration and development processes. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Keeping abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data integration and analytics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter development, with a proven track record of delivering complex data integration solutions. Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database concepts. Extensive knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter components, including mappings, workflows, transformations, and session configurations. Experience with performance tuning, optimization techniques, and troubleshooting in Informatica environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
