Job Overview: As a Full Stack Developer specializing in Dot Net and React, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing web applications. Working remotely, you'll collaborate closely with agile teams, ensuring the delivery of scalable and high-quality software solutions. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in both backend and frontend development within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:Develop robust web applications using C#, .Net Core, and React.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine features, stories, and acceptance criteria.Maintain coding standards and practices, actively participating in code reviews.Engage in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of experience with C# .Net/Net Core.Proficiency in React, along with strong knowledge of Typescript.Solid understanding of SQL Server (T-SQL) and Azure native technologies.Experience with integration and unit testing to support regular production releases.Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and SOLID design.Previous exposure to Scrum methodologies and agile development practices.Knowledge of micro-frontends, microservices, and their integration.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills:Prior experience working on production SaaS platforms.Confidence with Git, including branching strategies and version control.Understanding of Domain Driven Design principles.Familiarity with automated continuous delivery environments.Exposure to AI tools and their application in software development.Knowledge of containers and Kubernetes is a plus.
