RequirementsProven experience as a Software Developer for 5+ yearsHands-on working experience in Elixir/Erlang and Phoenix LiveViewStandard knowledge of HTML5/CSS3Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Redis and familiarity with MongoDBKnowledge of GraphQL, Protobuf, RabbitMQExperience in managing AWS, Docker, and KubernetesGood understanding of testing techniquesExperience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and data-heavy applicationsKnowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operationsCapable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervisionWillingness to learn new technologiesExcellent level of written and verbal English

ResponsibilitiesDeveloping, delivering, and maintaining highly performant, responsive and well-structured softwareMonitoring the performance of your deliverables by tracking Lighthouse score, loading speed, time to the first byte, cumulative layout shift, etcWriting automated testsDeploying to production and taking care of monitoringDesigning services to be highly available and scaling across multiple geographical regionsWorking closely with cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposalsConducting code reviews and providing feedback to your team membersWork alongside other Engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices to meet our company’s technical needsContinuously improving your stack and paying off technical debt
