Kronos Developer

Job Title: Kronos DeveloperJob Description:We are seeking a Kronos Developer to support our team in migrating from Kronos to UKG Pro. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in BI Report Writing and a deep understanding of Kronos/UKG Pro interfaces.Responsibilities/Qualifications:Proficiency in Kronos modules: Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Activities, Leave, Attendance, Advance Scheduler, Forecaster, and Workforce Central (WFC).Configuration expertise in pay rules, work rules, assignment rules, accrual codes, and profiles.Knowledgeable in reviewing, creating, and modifying Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and SQL queries.Strong command of MS SQL Server Database Support and proficiency in SQL queries.Creation of reports using Kronos Reporting Tools alongside SQL queries.Application of Personnel Regulations and Collective Bargaining agreements to employee time and attendance configurations.Providing functional application/process support to end-users.Experience in system testing: upgrade-related, service patch, or regression testing.Documentation skills: creating written documentation for new processes and existing issues.Effective communication with diverse employee levels, maintaining a customer service-oriented approach.General system administration including monitoring interface jobs, resolving Transaction Assistant errors, and creating/modifying genies and Hyperfinds.Forms processing: analyzing/verifying data, ensuring appropriate authorization before Kronos Workforce Timekeeper updates.Compliance adherence: ensuring proper handling and storage of processed forms according to audit compliance.Qualifications:Proven experience in Kronos modules and BI Report Writing.Familiarity with UKG Pro and interfaces between Kronos and UKG Pro.Strong SQL proficiency and knowledge of Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to work effectively with different employee levels and maintain a customer-focused attitude.
