Activities and Deliverables

This position is a great opportunity for a website expert who enjoys the technical, design, and content development aspects of web development and SEO optimization. In addition to working in our web platform on a day-to-day basis, the ideal candidate is SEO savvy and has the ability to develop content in support of growth strategies.

Develop and manage INE’s overall online web presence and drive significant traffic to critical assets:

Generates new ideas to optimize SEO and conversions, tests them, and implements themPerforms design updates, content updates, testing, and execution of changes to the websites, blog, landing pages, and other digital propertiesMonitors, reports, and improves the following key metrics:- Website speed- Website security- Website trafficConversions from SEO to web traffic and from web traffic to MQLBuilds and deploys an aggressive link strategy to capture share of voice in the marketplaceServes as the primary contact for all aspects of the organization’s website(s)Assists in vendor selection and management that contribute to marketing program effectivenessManages a variety of marketing projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency and dedication to high-quality workWorks closely with CMO to set SEO and website strategy to reach lead gen and sales goalsManages the key components of the marketing tech stack, including SEO tools, the website platform, and SEO and conversion monitoring toolsOwns the maintenance of timelines, statuses, and updates for digital projectsAssists with and/or manages various PPC channelsPerforms other work-related duties as assignedManage platform release logs to satisfy security compliance

Technical Skills requiredDeep understanding and experience of CSS, HTML, and JavaScriptExperience with SASS, LESS, or other CSS frameworkDeep understanding and experience with React and NextJSExperience working with cross-browser compatibilityExperience with Hooks, VercelExperience with Headless CMS, GraphCMS/HygraphExperience with other Frontend frameworks is good to have, specially VueJSComponent-driven architecture design, SOLID principlesProficiency with Webmaster SEO Skills, sitemaps generation, lighthouse benchmarks, Hotjars, Google Analytics, Google Tag ManagerSolid experience working remotely with multiple teams and good communication skillsAdvanced level of English (mandatory)
