Workato Developer Contract length: 12 months Remote, east coast In this role, you will: Design, develop, and implement robust Workato solutions to streamline business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of Workato workflows. Maintain and optimize existing Workato integrations, addressing any performance or functionality issues. Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workato workflows, configurations, and best practices. Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Workato. Participate in regular meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team to align Workato solutions with overall company architecture and security standards. Develop and review custom Workato connectors following best practices and augment existing workflows using Ruby and/or Python What we're looking for: Proven experience as an integration middleware or visual programming developer demonstrating successful implementation of complex integrations. Workato experience is a plus. In-depth knowledge of Workato platform capabilities, connectors, and customization options. Proficiency in designing and implementing efficient workflows to meet business requirements. Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, solve problems, multitask, and meet deadlines Must be detail-oriented and display strong problem-solving skills Requires minimal management attention-self-managed. Must be comfortable with remote work including video Zoom, slack, and other online collaboration tools. 3+ years of experience developing in Python and Ruby Experience with AWS helps candidates stand out Good communication skills Knowledge/experience working with APIs
