Key Responsibilities:Lead the effort in securing new consulting contracts within London.Develop and nurture relationships with key industry players, decision-makers, and potential clients.Understand market dynamics and identify new business opportunities.Utilize the latest sales tools and strategies to optimize results.Work remotely, but with the flexibility to meet clients as required, ensuring business continuity and growth.
Compensation:In recognition of the pivotal role you will play and our startup phase, the compensation for this position is results-driven. Instead of a monthly salary, you will receive 10% of each secured contract, truly reflecting your efforts and commitment.
Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Manager in IT consulting.Proven track record in securing business contracts and driving revenue growth.Proficient in the latest sales tools and methodologies.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and results-driven.Deep understanding of the London IT consultancy landscape.Ability to work remotely with a high degree of responsibility and initiative.
