(MAU) Software Developer Sr

The Dayforce Product Development team is looking for a Sr. Software Developer to create the industry’s next generation Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. We are offering an opportunity to reinvent HCM and develop award winning and innovative solutions that challenge the industry perception of what an HCM solution can do.

As a developer on our Integrations team, you will be working on our ground-breaking solution that helps companies leverage their existing assets by adopting a true HCM platform that easily integrates with their internal systems, extending their investment in Dayforce.

You will also support our internal stakeholders by simplifying client implementations and driving efficiencies in the services organization, through the development of supporting APIs.

Your impact will be evident through your effective participation in the entire lifecycle of our software including design, analysis, prototyping, development, testing and support of our products. You will work closely and collaborate with clients, prospects, implementation partners, and Dayforce personnel to envision and deliver the required functionality.

You will be conducting code reviews of peer work and mentoring other developers.

Skills And Experience We Value

4+ years of experience with C# and .NET FrameworkProficiency with T-SQL and an understanding of relational database systemsExperience with public cloud infrastructure such as AzureDeep knowledge of object-oriented design and developmentFast learner and extremely comfortable with building and improving complex software systems for critical business processes.Experienced working in an Agile scrum team as a key contributor and a team playerAble to consistently solve complex technical issues independently when required.Excels in taking ownership of design, build and quality for assigned tasks and issues until completion.University level Computer science or computer engineering degree or equivalent

What Would Make You Really Stand Out
