Seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on Integration and Flow Designer for our client. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our client's platform by developing and maintaining sophisticated integrations and customizations within ServiceNow, specifically tailored to support advanced patient care delivery processes.

Specifically —> you need to have practical experience in advanced ServiceNow development using Javascript beyond basic out-of-the-box configurations and certifications.

Our client is pioneering the transformation of patient care by offering safe, hospital-level care within the comfort and safety of patients' homes. Utilizing a comprehensive and bespoke platform that integrates their clinical protocols with an innovative reimbursement model, they work in close partnership with health systems to manage patient referrals, care delivery, and ancillary services. Their cutting-edge care model is renowned for delivering superior clinical and financial outcomes, becoming the preference of patients and healthcare providers alike.

This role is a fully remote, 3-month contract, with the opportunity for extension based on performance. Open to US-based and LATAM individuals willing to work for a US-based company in the EST timezone. Candidate must be proficient in English, both written and verbal.

What you will doArchitect and maintain advanced integrations using ServiceNow Flow Designer, with a particular emphasis on patient feeds for the order delivery processDesign and manage applications processing orders into APIs, ensuring error-free transactions and optimal clusteringDemonstrate a thorough understanding of ServiceNow concepts such as Workflows, UI, Client Scripts, Modules, Security, Business Rules, & Web Services IntegrationsUndertake complex customizations of ServiceNow modules to meet the unique demands of our client's patient care delivery platformCollaborate with an international ServiceNow team, including members based in the US, Poland, and LATAM, to deliver top-tier solutionsProactively engage in communication and problem-solving to support the seamless integration and functionality of ServiceNow components within the platform

QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in advanced ServiceNow development, including proficiency in Flow Designer and UI Builder for creating bespoke UI solutionsAt least 1 year of JavaScript development in ServiceNow custom applicationsExtensive experience with the ServiceNow Scheduler and scoped application developmentOutstanding communication skills paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaborationAbility to effectively collaborate with a global team, with a majority overlap with the EST timezoneStrong emphasis on practical experience in advanced ServiceNow development, beyond basic out-of-the-box configurations and certificationsProficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication and collaboration within our diverse, global team.
