Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for an Informatica ETL Developer. The Informatica ETL Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Informatica ETL. The Informatica ETL Developer should have experience working with multiple databases and be a self-starter who can work independently towards a common goal while ensuring tasks are completed on time. The successful candidate will work with various Stakeholders, including the business teams, to gather requirements and translate those requirements into designs that will provide the needed solutions.

QualificationsExperience with using Informatica PowerCenter and ETLExperience in data warehousing, data modeling, and SQL coding

Having of experience as an ETL Informatica Developer and IICS Developer.Having experience in Development, Implementation, Testing, Support of Data Warehousing and Data Integration Solutions using IICS Cloud Data Integration and Informatica PowerCenter.Having experience working with Informatica IICS tool effectively using it for data integration and data migration from multiple source systems in Azure SQL data warehouseProficiency in developing complex SQL queries with Various relational databases like Oracle, MS SQL Server.Extensively worked on IICS CDI components like Mappings, Mapping Configuration Tasks, Task flows, Data transfer Task, Synchronization Task, Replication Task, PowerCenter Tasks, File Listener TasksExperience in Creating complex mappings using Aggregator, Expression, Joiner, Filter, sorter, Union, Sequence Generator, Connected & Unconnected Lookup, Router, Union, Hierarchy Builder, Hierarchy Parser, Source and Target transformations using IICS mapping canvas.Having good knowledge on Implementing Slowly Changing Dimensions Type-1 and Type-2Experience in Creating Input Parameters / In-out Parameters from Parameter panel in Data Integration. Created and used Parameter files in different MCTs.Involved in different phases of Software development life cycle like analysis, Design, coding, unit testing and production support for various projects.Design, develop and maintain Informatica cloud data integration processes using the appropriate data load technique, including Push-Down Optimization for performance optimization.Perform analysis of current system architecture, processes (business/technical), designs, landscape, and reverse engineering ETL mappings

Have extensively worked in developing ETL program for supporting Data Extraction, transformations and loading using Informatica PowerCenter.Used Informatica PowerCenter for (ETL) extraction, transformation and loading data from heterogeneous source systems into target database.Used Informatica PowerCenter tools developed workflows using task developer, worklets designer, and workflow designer in workflow manager and monitored the results using workflow monitor.Developed Informatica Mappings and Reusable Transformations to facilitate timely Loading of Data of a star/Snowflake schema.Developed the Informatica Mappings by usage of Aggregator, SQL overrides usage in Lookups, source filter usage in Source qualifiers, and data flow management into multiple targets using Router.Created Sessions and extracted data from various sources, transformed data according to the requirement and loading into data warehouse.Developed mappings that perform Extraction, Transformation and Load of source data into target schema using various power center transformations like Source Qualifier, Aggregator, Filter, Router, Sequence Generator, lookup, Joiner, Expression, Normalizer and Update strategy to meet business logic in the mappings.
