What the role entails:

Develop new user-facing features for virtual agents using React, Next.js and other front-end frameworksBuild scalable REST APIs and integrations with third party services using Node.js, Express and MongoDBWrite reusable, testable and efficient code for front-end and back-end systemsDesign and implement performant and scalable microservices and applicationsIntegrate speech APIs, NLP services, payment gateways and other third party APIsIdentify performance issues and optimise applications for speed and scalabilityDebug and troubleshoot applications end-to-end to improve functionalityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling experiences

Desired candidate profile:

3+ years experience with React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB and Next.jsShould have worked with VoIP, Asterisk, FreeSwitch, drachtio, sip etcExperience developing and consuming REST APIs and webhooksKnowledge of AWS cloud services is a plusUnderstanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD is preferredAbility to write clean, modular and well-tested codeStrong grasp of data structures, algorithms and design patternsGood communication and collaboration skills
