What You Can Expect
As a Senior Zuora Developer, you will design, build, and implement critical processes for the subscription-based billing system. This person will partner with teams including e-commerce, Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora, Data engineering, etc to architect solutions. The ideal candidate needs to have a thorough understanding of the SaaS/Subscription business models using cloud-native technologies. About The Team
With eight specialized departments, the engineering team functions as a highly collaborative, diverse powerhouse. Each department's mission is to deliver seamless and innovative communication solutions. These range from software development and machine learning to quality assurance teams that work to create and maintain Zoom's user-friendly interfaces and robust infrastructure. The team continues to push the boundaries of communication technology, bringing people together regardless of their physical distance.
We’re problem-solvers, working at a fast pace to design solutions with our customers and users in mind. Here, you’ll work across teams to deliver solutions to refine the SaaS selling model for Zoom products, managing the sales lifecycle from Quote to Cash. You would be developing and enhancing the way the entire ecosystem communicates and caters to increasing the overall MRR.
What We’re Looking For
Have experience in the Zuora Platform including Product Catalog & Subscriptions Management, Order Harmonization, Billings & Payments, and Finance Revenue Reporting & AnalyticsHave hands-on knowledge in creating custom objects, workflows, audit logs, events, data queries, and settings on the Zuora platformBe proficient in creating callback and email events with expertise in working on CSS, HTML, XHTML, JavaScript Have experience with REST or SOAP-based ServicesHave experience with any RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, or MS SQL ServerHave experience with integration applications such as Mulesoft, RMQ, Kafka, SOA, etcPossess knowledge of cloud foundry, Kubernetes, Dockers, Spring FrameworkDemonstrate familiarity with DevOps processes and agile methodology Have experience with debugging and identifying bottlenecks and performance optimization
