What you'll do
You will report to Software Development Director to contribute toward development of the Xponent product.You will lead a team of 4-8 engineers to develop the features with minimal supervision.Collaborate with Architects, peers and team on the architecture and design of the product.Participate in cross-functional work planning.Design, develop code, execute code reviews, unit testing, functional testing and performance testing.Mentor and guide the team to overcome technical hurdles and deliver quality tested code.Troubleshoot and root cause analysis of issues from production deployments.
You should have

Bachelor's degree in business, related field, or equivalent experienceProficiency in English in a business environmentOver 8 years of experience in developing software products.Demonstrable language independent programming skills. Proficient in at least one programming language with awareness of at least two additional programming languages such as Java, Javascript, Python, C++, C#, Node, Angular, React.Experience with a SaaS or PaaS platform.Experience in AWS, Azure or GCP.Exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases.Understanding of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.Ability to discuss algorithms and design patterns.Microservices architecture is a plus.Exposure or awareness to asynchronous multiprocessing systems.
