As a Senior React Developer at CI&T, you will be part of a vibrant and talented team responsible for developing high-quality web applications. You will work closely with senior developers, designers, and project managers to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Collaborate with the team to design and implement user-facing features.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Requirements

Strong understanding of web accessibility guidelines and best practices, including WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1/2.2 and WAI-ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications). Proven experience in implementing accessibility features and remediation techniques to ensure compliance with accessibility standards. Familiarity with assistive technologies used by individuals with disabilities, such as screen readers, voice recognition software, and keyboard navigation. Ability to conduct thorough accessibility testing using tools like
