About the Role:We are in search of a visionary Senior Lead Backend Developer who will significantly influence our web application's backend development. This role is crucial in shaping our product’s technical backbone and contributing to our overall technological strategy.

Responsibilities:Lead the backend development of our web application using React/JavaScript/TypeScript and NodeJS in the back-end.Integrate and manage backend services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Firebase/Firestore.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert user needs into robust features.Architect and maintain scalable and secure backend systems.Contribute to the company's technical direction and strategy.Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to timelines.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development to keep our product at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:Proven experience in front-end and back-end development.Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capability.Excellent communication and leadership qualities.Self-motivated and capable of making key decisions independently.
