The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Blue Prism development and a proven track record of delivering successful automation projects.Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of automation projects using Blue Prism RPA platform, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to understand automation requirements, identify opportunities, and define automation solutions.Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify automation candidates and develop automation strategies.Design and develop scalable and efficient automation solutions using Blue Prism best practices and coding standards.Implement automation workflows, including process design, development of object models, and configuration of business logic using Blue Prism objects and components.Integrate Blue Prism robots with various systems, applications, and databases using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.Configure and manage Blue Prism control room, including process scheduling, monitoring, and exception handling.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and performance of automation solutions.Provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship to junior developers and team members.Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Blue Prism RPA technology, and leverage them to enhance automation solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Blue Prism RPA development.Proficiency in Blue Prism RPA platform, including process design, development, and deployment.Strong understanding of RPA concepts, principles, and best practices.Experience with Blue Prism object studio, process studio, and control room.Familiarity with integrating Blue Prism robots with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and web services.Knowledge of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies and screen scraping techniques.Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
