Sr. PHP Developer (Devops Oriented) [4-6k USD/Mo]

We are looking for a Sr. PHP Developer with a good bit of DevOps / SRE experience. Someone who can come in and build observability into an existing PHP application, fix bugs, build features, and modernize the entire product.

Responsibilities:PHP app SRE/DevOps programmer: Maintain & modernize PHP app with heavy SRE/DevOps focus.Production support: Ensure high uptime & reliability; tackle critical issues. Experience running in an AWS Beanstalk environment is ideal.Observability expert: Build robust monitoring; proactive issue resolution. Currently using newrelic but flexible on tooling here.Feature development: Collaborate on new features; enhance existing ones.Bug hunter: Identify & fix bugs promptly; improve application stability.Infrastructure guru: Optimize & scale app infrastructure; boost performance. Experience with Amazon Linux on AWS/Beanstalk is valuable.Automation champ: Drive CI/CD pipelines; streamline deployments for efficiency.Experience with deploy bot is a plus.PHP expertise: Extensive experience in senior software development using PHP.Application utilizes a custom framework – must be comfortable working with core PHP.

We are looking for: DevOps best practices: Implement and optimize PHP DevOps pipelines; enforce continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment best practices to ensure high-quality code delivery.Huge bonus for someone who has experience directly supporting production machines – Linux experience/comfort is key here.
