We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our remote team and contribute to the success of our client's project.

In this position, you will play a critical role in designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Field Service, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate. You will also be responsible for measuring and improving delivery productivity, building delivery timelines, and performing price benchmarks and cost estimation modeling for various technologies. Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Field Service, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power AutomatePerform price benchmarks and cost estimation modeling for various technologies for considerationMeasure and improve delivery productivity, using established metrics and KPIsBuild delivery timelines for multiple streams, analyzing internal/external dependencies and considering resource allocation and capacityCreate and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user guidesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in line with project goals and timelinesEnsure the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and customization, including plugins, workflows, and custom workflowsDevelop custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power AutomateProvide technical guidance and support to junior team membersMaintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and other team members

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, with demonstrated expertise in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power AutomateExpertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and customization, including plugins, workflows, and custom workflowsExperience in developing custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power AutomateStrong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, including scheduling, resource allocation, and dispatchingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective decision-making in complex environmentsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersUpper-intermediate English language proficiency, enabling clear collaboration and communication with team members and stakeholders

Nice to have

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C# programming languages, for developing customizations and extensionsExperience in developing solutions using other CRM platformsKnowledge of Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or KanbanExperience in developing customizations and extensions using Azure Functions or Azure Logic Apps
