Location: Permanent WFH/Remote/Chennai/Mumbai/VadodaraExperience: 5+ years

Key Roles and Responsibilities: ● Create efficient and reusable components, services, and APIs that empower the development of web and mobile applications.● Develop software features that exhibit robustness, reliability, and user-friendliness for both our internal teams and customers.● Manage the complete software development lifecycle, including problem definition, design, development, testing, demoing, and providing support for the features you own.● Balance immediate business objectives with the long-term architectural vision.● Work with the product team and based on the product requirements architect systems that are scalable, performant, and effective.● Lead the tech team primarily composed of senior and intermediate-level engineers.● Review the code written by other team members to ensure it meets coding standards, is efficient, and follows best practices.● Employ the team to continuously optimise the system.

Requirements: ● Possess 5 to 10 years of proven expertise in back-end development, includingdesigning, developing, testing, and deploying large-scale applications utilising Python.● Strong working knowledge of: Python, APIs, Distributed Systems, Databases, Cloud Services, Kafka, NoSQL.● Demonstrate leadership and team management experience, having successfully overseen and directed teams in the past.● Exhibit strong organisational and time-management abilities, efficiently coordinating project tasks and deadlines.● Hands-on experience in managing and operating production services in a cloud environment.● Prior experience in building and maintaining large-scale systems.● Familiarity with utilising cloud infrastructure providers like AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.● Strong English communication and team collaboration skills.

Good To Have● Prior work experience with Golang or Node.js● Familiarity with Serverless systems
