ServiceNow Developer

Information Technology Strategies, LLC. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work for our company.

Summary:Client Agency is Department of Homeland Security.Will need to go into an office for fingerprinting, badging, and laptop.Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts.Translate detailed design into computer software.Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product.Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.Experience in information system design, including application programming on large-scale DBMS and the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives.

Requirements:Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government PUBLIC TRUST / SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance.3+ years of development, coding and programming experience with increasing levels of responsibility and expertise.Working knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices, Service Portal Customization,Working knowledge of custom widgets / front-end development in ServiceNowWorking knowledge of JavaScript / Angular.JS / JSON / Bootstrap / CSS LanguagesWorking knowledge of DevOpsExperience with Agile development methodologies.Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferences:Knowledge or experience in ServiceNow ITSM / ITOMRelevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.One IAT-II security certification: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, CISSA, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
