Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and support Workday Integrations and Reports with Pave, a new compensation tool being implemented (RaaS, EIB, Cloud Connects, Document Transformation, Studio).Deeply understand the details of the integration of the outbound information for the following but not limited to Employee Demographic, Job Profiles, Sup Orgs, Locations, Location Hierarchy, Rating, Eligible Earning, Comp Data, Comp Plan Assignment, Role Assignment, Promotion Data.Build a solution for data sync between Workday and Pave; confirm the schedule with stakeholders (Comp Team, People Tech, and People Ops). Ensure any compensation-related changes before, during, and after the cycle will be updated in both systems, and potential new pay and equity awards are updated.Know and understand the Workday Compensation module and integrate it with third-party providers.Understand the link between Talent Performance and the Compensation process.Identify efficient integration solutions to support new and existing global programs.Collaborate with teams across the company to implement new systems and features.Create detailed documentation and system diagrams.Collaborate across geographies in differing time zones.Configure and support Workato recipes where necessary.
Key Skills Minimum of 5 years experience developing Workday Integrations (RaaS, EIB, Cloud Connects, Document Transformation, Studio) and security.Comfortable in the following Workday modules: HCM and CompensationScripting experience: JavaScript, Python.
