Application Developer (WalkMe Engineer)REMOTELongterm Contract NOTE: We are looking for “WALKME ENGINEER” not “JAVA DEVELOPER”Application Developer (Salesforce, Pega, Oracle Revenue Billing, other specialized skills)Job Description Responsibilities: Software Engineer/Developer for ART’s Digital Adoption WalkMe product - driving architectural oversight and overall solution design to enable solution reuse, scalability, and speed to market for impacted Business areas.Accountable for the Digital Adoption product lifecycle – including researching industry trends, best practices, proof of concepts, architect, design, build out of solution, implementation guidance & change management activities. Leads continuous improvement and develops expansion strategies within the technology.Develops scalable solutions through WalkMe that can be used across multiple segments within a business with minimal rework. Drives enterprise application usage, feature reuse.Monitors usage of the solution to identify improvement opportunities, adoption levels of workflows.Complies with and helps enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures.Drives training and mentoring of developers within the team on technical solution design and delivery disciplines.Develops team standards and best practices while keeping up to date with WalkMe industry standards, and technology changes to help build robust systems to accommodate the industry requirements and business needs.Collaborates closely with the Implementation Teams in delivering business value by driving architecture, build and development decisions. Coaches and upskills Capability Owners, Developers, and Solution Architects - accelerating the team’s ability to do more in less time and with better quality.Serves as a recognized expert in Digital Adoption, being the recognized WalkMe platform champion. Successful candidate for this role will possess:5-8+ years of experience in Professional Services or Customer Success.3+ years of SaaS experience, website features/technicalities (HTML and/or CSS).2+ years in WalkMe Digital Adoption execution.Significant experience with software development \ programming \ database concepts.Proven experience in delivering successful IT \ business software projects. Good understanding of programming concepts and a programming background in one or more modern languages, preferably .Net. Solid understanding of typical Enterprise IT infrastructure \ architecture. Good database skills with experience using either SQL Server \ Oracle \ MySQL etc.Good understanding of the key requirements documents involved in a delivery lifecycle (functional, technical, testing documents).
