What do we do?
LSGIU has rich healthcare and life science data assets such as Oracle Real-World Data (ORWD) and Kanta Health Applications (KHapps). We are looking for a passionate individual contributor with knowledge and experience in building Analytics applications and Advanced Analytics Applications with AI/ML to build data and analytics products on top of these datasets. We deliver comprehensive pre-built Analytics in addition to allowing for self-service and ad-hoc analysis. We also partner with other team to build a robust and powerful data platform for the research and life science community.
The development involves innovative technologies, such as Oracle Analytic Cloud, Autonomous Data warehouse, Oracle GoldenGate, etc. on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
What you will do:
Investigate business workflows and rules in the healthcare business applications Review BI Functional Requirements Write Technical specifications and design documentation Code, Unit Test and Deliver the Business intelligence application Collaborate with customers such as Product Manager, QA, Performance - Scalability and Reliability (PSR) Team, Localization teams. Collaborate with cross groups like Upstream/Downstream teams for building integrated solutions. Work with customer support teams and/or customers directly to help and resolve complicated customer problems Define best practices documents and assist professional services team to implement those.
Responsibilities
What you have done:
8+ years of Software/Application development experience in relevant functional area. 8+ years of data modeling and SQL skills, OLAP, dimensional modeling concepts with Business Intelligence Hands-on experience 5+ years of experience with OBIEE or OAC 6+ years of experience with ETL process and tools, such as Informatica, ODI, PL/SQL and analytical skills and attention to details 2+ years of experience in developing cloud applications
It would be excellent if you also had:
Good functional knowledge in healthcare domain is a plus Exposure to Big Data/Hadoop technologies is a plus Understanding of Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning and AI is desirable Programming skills using Java, PERL and Python would be a plus

US: Hiring Range: from $94,200 - $223,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
