The Role

Understand business requirements and translate them into the data structure and user storiesDocument Analysis by means of ER models and flow diagramsImplement data structure into Zoho CRM standard and custom modules with the proper linksImplement user stories using custom functions, workflows, blueprints, and the rest of Zoho CRM dynamic facilitiesManaging external interactions, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to set up custom messages for marketingMobile and desktop applications generation with Zoho Creator, dynamic behavior, A/B testingSystem Test specificationsAutomated testing of Zoho applications and interfacesReports, charts, and analytics dashboards generation

Desired Skills and Experience

RequiredExperience in application development with and for Zoho tools: CRM, Creator, Flow, Desk, AnalyticsProven experience with using Deluge to create custom functionsExperience working with relational databases such as SQL and writing SQL queriesExperience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelinesAbility to identify errors, abnormal behavior, function tracking, logsAbility to analyze data, identify issues (e.g. gaps, inconsistencies), and troubleshootHave a truly agile mindset, capable and willing to take on tasks outside of her/his core competencies to help the teamStrong verbal and written English communication skills

DesirableImplementations of 3rd party integrations with Zoho: telephony, email, WhatsApp, SMS etc.Experience in internal integrations, Zoho Flow, Zoho CreatorExperience with working in an agile environment (i.e. scrums, jira)Experience in customer support
