With more than 20 years of concentrated experience, we implement e-business solutions for customers such as FC Bayern Munich, EDEKA, E.ON, Carl Zeiss, and Sky.

One of our clients – famous multinational supermarket chains has initiated a project for the creation of an e-commerce application designed to be rolled-out to 10 international markets (pilot countries USA and Germany). Specifically for this our client, who is entering the Bulgarian market, we are responsible for helping them start the project and hire the needed people for the successful operations. That is why in the first couple of months you will be employed at diva-e Sofia before becoming a regular employee of our client. We do not want to keep it very mysterious – we will let you know their name during our meeting.

Salesforce Developer Service & Experience Cloud (m/f/d) In Sofia

Full-time

Being part of an international team who oversees all things related to customer relationship management with Salesforce technology, you will be responsible to develop functional enhancements and execute deployment activities during releases. You will be in charge to design and develop new features and capabilities to make the life of customer service agents and consumers better. Taking care of functional development, incident and request management, your focus is to build robust solutions to ensure a smooth operation and high customer satisfaction.

About The Job

Configure & develop existing Salesforce Service & Experience Cloud accordingly to business requirements. Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable code for our Salesforce applications where no standard components are available. Manage the overall design, layout and build of the Salesforce applications and all integrated systems. Take ownership of development work and foster relationships with colleagues and external partners. Independently plan, design, code, debug and test major capabilities, ensuring bugs are identified early and user stories are delivered. Deliver high quality by writing test classes for your code. Identify technical areas for improvement and walk the talk.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Service or Experience Cloud. Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including complex configuration of complex flows as well as permissions, objects, fields, and formulas. Experience with APEX, Lightning Web Components and/or JavaScript. Comfortable providing and receiving constructive feedback, particularly while participating in code reviews. Be a technical sparring partner for the organization to help the business build efficient and effective requirements. Very good level of English language skills.
