Experience in leading the full lifecycle of Appian Implementation including designing overall application, defining application structure, testing and Production implementation.· Experience with various Design and integration pattern.· Experience in developing on RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)· Experience with Agile Methodology and mentoring/coordinating with team members located in different regions· Performing frequent code reviews & ensuring quality of the overall delivery.· Work throughout the entire project life cycle (requirements review, technical design, development, deployment, and maintenance)· Contribute toward developing solution guidelines, standards, and best practicesResponsibilities: · Develop and implement the Appian and web-based applications. · Provide technical guidance to mid-level developers as and when required. · Understand the differences between REST, SOAP, and the basic design principles in integrating to Web Services. · Works with business users to translate business requirements into technical designs. · Building critical Appian based application as well as associated integration components. · Problem Solver and ability to estimate and size Appian business requirements. · Debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models. · Build automation to prevent problem recurrence. Requirements: · Experience in developing on RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) · Ability to lead a team of distributed engineers. · Knowledge of at least one major programming language. · Should have done multiple integrations with external systems. · Ability to scope Appian Projects. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
