Customer Success at TRACTIAN

As part of the integration team, you will be in contact with clients to understand their needs and help create solutions to improve their maintenance processes.

What You'll Do

As a System Integration Developer, you will be responsible for building solid system integration processes between our products and customers' softwares, such as ERP. We believe that developers should accelerate the business through technology, and collaborate across multiple teams to accomplish that.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain our Integration API in NodeJS and Typescript

System Integration development and solution post-implementation support

Bring to life the infrastructure to connect all systems that maintenance managers use daily

Work consuming APIs to manipulate data on a daily basis

Work with both business and technical teams to determine optimal design and method to meet the clients' business needs

Requirements

2+ years of exposure to NodeJS and Typescript

2+ years working with SQL or NoSQL databases

Previous experience with other backend programming languages (e.g. Java, C++, Python...)

Familiarity with MongoDB

Pro in learning new technologies and concepts

2+ years manipulating Excel, GoogleSheets, and CSV data

Bonus Points

Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders such as business, technical staff, and clients to implement system functionality

Previous experience in data transformation, system integration

Clean Architecture and Clean Code

Test Driven Development (TDD)

Experience With Other Backend Stack And Microservices

Knowledge of DevOps and AWS
