Role: Lead Hybris DeveloperRemoteClient : iSoftStone

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Hybris Developer to join our ecommerce retail team. As the Lead Hybris Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our ecommerce platform using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris). You will lead a team of developers, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of innovative solutions that enhance our online retail operations. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership and Solution Design:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development.Define and drive the technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of the ecommerce platform.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, leveraging SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) capabilities.Design and develop custom modules, extensions, and integrations to meet business needs.Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) updates to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Development and Implementation: Take ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, coding, testing, and deployment.Develop and maintain high-quality code in accordance with coding standards and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, business analysts, and QA engineers, to ensure smooth integration and delivery of features.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to established standards.Ensure timely and successful resolution of production issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ecommerce platform.

System Integration and Optimization: Work closely with internal and external teams to integrate SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.Identify opportunities for system optimization, performance tuning, and scalability enhancements.Implement and manage caching strategies, database optimizations, and monitoring tools to ensure optimal system performance.Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure the ecommerce platform meets security, availability, and disaster recovery requirements. Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Operations, to align technical solutions with business objectives.Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable language.Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to senior management and project stakeholders.Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and collaboration within the development team.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development, including custom module development, integrations, and data modeling.Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers, including task delegation, code reviews, and mentoring.Solid understanding of ecommerce concepts, principles, and best practices.Experience with system integrations, RESTful APIs, and web services.Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and deployment methodologies.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and provide effective solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
