Role: Principal Developer – Identity, Credential, Access ManagementLocation: RemoteDuration: CTH · We are seeking a talented principal software development engineer with 2+ years of experience integrating Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions in web applications.· This role will be essential to a team providing ICAM development support and documentation to application teams. You will serve as the technical expert responsible for application integration, including solution design and implementation, for enterprise portal applications within the authentication and identity lifecycle. You will collaborate cross functionally with Security Architects, Senior Infrastructure Analysts, and Senior Application Developers to provide a stable WAM environment· You must be knowledgeable and experienced in implementing open standards solutions such as Oauth2 and OIDC in web applications. You must be well versed in architectural best practices and applying them across a breadth of technologies to solve an organizational problem. You should be capable of articulating your views on the future development of technology to varying audiences, and you should understand the interaction between user identity and data. Hiring Requirements:· Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)· 8+ years of experience in related field.· In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.· Expert knowledge and experience implementing authentication standards and technologies such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JSON Web Token (JWT), SAML, SOO, and MFA in web applications· Demonstrated experience in both the Client and Resource server domains of OIDC.· Demonstrated Web development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, SPAs, and Node· Demonstrated understanding of Identity and Access Management business processes· Minimum of 2 years of experience leading technical initiatives Job Description:· Act as a technical expert/resource for the team and business partners while leading the analysis, design and development of high volume, low latency applications for mission critical systems delivering high-availability and performance to best meet customer needs.· Independently write well designed, testable, efficient code to support varied and highly complex IT solutions.· Provide technical leadership to other IT specialists to rapidly develop and deliver stunning solutions that meet changing business needs.· Perform all necessary discovery and fact finding to fully understand highly complex business problems and opportunities and independently execute all assignments.· Evaluate options to provide solution buy vs. build recommendations to management.· Independently analyze and recommend solutions to development and production issues while effectively communicating to the project team, applicable vendors and/or the manager in a timely manner.· Research and stay abreast of technology trends and IT best practices, with a focus on continuous learning and possible application to the business.· Regularly act in a project lead capacity and/or represent the department on enterprise-wise project teams.· Provide direction and assistance to less experienced team members and may oversee or coordinate work efforts as needed.· Assist management with employee development initiatives, including training. · The ideal candidate would also have experience with working with Scrum Agile development teams and experience with Ping ICAM solutions.
