Role- Chat Bot UI developer/IBM Watson SME12 months contractRemote on EST time onlyRate- DOEClient- KyndrylVideo and Phone Chat bot development for virtual assistant platform. This platform currently works with the contact center and they are expanding from voice to chat They are using IBM Watson framework. Back end is Java and node and they follow Safe Agile Required Qualifications :Minimum of 8 years professional development experience2+ years experience building AI powered chatbots from scratch using AI, ML and NLP technologiesMust have knowledge of IBM Watson and other chatbot development platformsIn depth knowledge of conversational designs, flow, and automated speech recognition, including SSML tagging for TTSKnowledge of AI/chatbot development landscape, tools and other frameworksClean coding skills and best practicesExperience in CICD, Git, unit-testing and source code managementKnowledge of cloud development and deployment principlesKnowledge of Agile development and DevOps approachesUnderstanding of end-to-end software development processes and business requirementsMust have Qualifications:Backend (server side) development experience either in Java, node.jsStrong multi-language background and experience working with programming languages such as Python, Java, Javascript/TypescriptExperience with IBM Voice gateway and / or IBM Discovery
