Location: Hybrid or Remote (Australia-wide)

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Frontend Developer with a focus on UI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of the platform. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and business objectives.Designing and implementing innovative and visually appealing user interfaces.Leading and mentoring a team of frontend developers.Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimizing them for maximum speed and scalability.Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in frontend development and user interface design.

Your Background:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Developer with a strong focus on UI and design principles.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies.Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and Storybook components. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user requirements into elegant and intuitive interfaces.Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.Solid understanding of browser developer tools and performance optimization techniques.Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Bonus experience:

Advanced degree in a relevant field.Experience with backend technologies and API integration.Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.Contribution to open-source projects or a strong online presence showcasing your work.
